Client Relations Managers

An important team at EduGlobal is our group of country-specific Client Relations Managers, who act as a central point of contact for all institutions working with EduGlobal. Each Client Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with these institutions, helping to identify opportunities for EduGlobal to offer support and assistance, and facilitating the delivery of our services and solutions.

EduGlobal Client Relations Managers are professionals in client service management and are each alumni of the country study destination they oversee.

	Client Relations Manager, UK & Ireland Grace Lin 林潇 Grace Lin first came to EduGlobal in 2005, when she began work as a member of the Data Team. Quickly proving herself to be one of EduGlobal's most driven and valuable employees, Grace soon moved on to become Client Relations Manager for the UK. Grace is an alumna of the University of Dundee, where she gained first-hand experience in international education. Grace has a strong background in working to meet the needs of her international clients, with previous experience as an institution's China representative. 	Client Relations Manager, Canada Lina Li 李娜 Lina Li joined EduGlobal in 2008. As a graduate of both the College of New Caledonia and Simon Fraser University, Lina is well equipped to understand and serve the interests of EduGlobal’s Canadian institution partners. Lina has a strong background in client service, with work experience at China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. and various retail businesses in China. 	Client Relations Manager, Australia May Song 宋咏梅 Prior to joining the EduGlobal team in April 2010, May acted as an English training consultant. Working with adult students reinforced her belief in the importance of education as a life-long process. May is pleased to be working in international education, so that she can contribute to these growing international relationships and foster opportunities for both Australian institutions and Chinese students. 	Client Relations Manager, New Zealand Mica Yao 姚竹 Mica Yao has been a member of the EduGlobal team since 2008 and serves as the Client Relations Manager for our New Zealand Institutions. Mica is a graduate of Auckland University of Technology and whilst living abroad worked in various New Zealand companies in a service management capacity. Mica also has a background in presenting for various brands and shows in China and brings this valuable skill set to EduGlobal. 	Client Relations Manager, US Cathy Guan 关芳 Cathy began work at EduGlobal in 2009 as US Client Relations Manager. She has a strong background in client services and client relations, with experience as Sales Manager for a foreign trade company in Beijing. Cathy is also an international graduate, having gained a Master of Science in Communications from Central Connecticut State University, with a focus on Organizational Communication and Public Relations.
