Client Relations Managers

EduGlobal has country-specific Client Relations Managers that act as a central contact point for all institutions working with EduGlobal. Each Client Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with these institutions, helping to identify opportunities where EduGlobal can assist and facilitating the delivery of such solutions.

EduGlobal’s Client Managers are professionals in client service management and are all alumni from the country study destination that they manage.

	Director, Educations Resources Group Client Relations Manager, Australia Ricky Niu 牛勇 Ricky Niu joined EduGlobal in March 2007 as the Australian Client Manager and has spent the last couple of years building up a solid set of relationships with Australian Institutions. Ricky is a graduate of Curtin University of Technology and was an active member of student activities during his time in Perth. Ricky is no stranger to the field of education marketing having held the position of Marketing Officer for the International Student Committee of Curtin University of Technology. Ricky also has a strong background in client service helping make him an invaluable member of EduGlobal’s Education Resources Group. 	Client Relations Manager, Canada Lina Li 李娜 Lina Li joined EduGlobal’s team in 2008. Having been a graduate of both the College of New Caledonia and the Simon Fraser University Lina is well equipped to understand and serve the interests of EduGlobal’s Canadian Institutions. Lina has a strong background in client service having worked in MinSheng Banking and for various retail businesses in China. 	Client Relations Manager, New Zealand Mica Yao 姚竹 Mica Yao joined EduGlobal in 2008 and serves as the Client Relations Manager for New Zealand Institutions. Mica is a graduate of Auckland University of Technology and whilst living abroad worked in various New Zealand companies in a service management capacity.
