Service Management & Maintenance
EduGlobal Media Service Management & Maintenance provides support and follow-through necessary for a successful recruitment campaign:
- Centralises all updates and technical issues to ensure prompt services
- Ensures relevancy that encourages students to regularly return to an institution’s Chinese Language Website, where they receive the latest institution updates
- Creates flexibility of involvement based on the needs of partner institutions. Clients can have a hands-on approach or allow EduGlobal to take on the majority of these responsibilities

Home
The entrance to the Account Management Center. The Account Management Center allows clients to view information about their Liuxue Town Membership status and activity. Members can also supervise and actively participate in each of their EduGlobal Media campaign activities. |

Message Center
The Message Center is where EduGlobal Media and Liuxue Town Administrators send announcements about Liuxue Town updates and the institution’s recruitment progress. |

|
Ad Zone
Clients comfortable with purchasing specific advertising space beyond their tailored campaign may do so in the Account Management Center Ad Zone. |

|
Requests
Clients submit requests to extend the duration of a marketing campaign, make alterations or updates to a Chinese Language Website, or inquire about making other changes and alterations. |

Student Assessments
Participating clients view content and outcome of student assessments generated through Liuxue Town and submit comments to the EduGlobal Counseling Team. |

Student Applications
Similar to the Student Assessment section, here clients view student applications, track the processing of these applications and provide feedback to the EduGlobal Counseling Team and students. |
